How it Works
As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It’s easy – simply ask the person who will be taking your measurements to follow the instructions on our Measuring Assistant. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and colour specified.

Time Frame
The dress will be made and delivered to your door by Recorded Delivery within 5 to 7 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact Customer Services.

What does the price include?
The price includes the custom made dress as well as the postage by Recorded Delivery.

After the dress has been delivered
When you receive your gown, unpack it and hang it to allow any creases to fall out. If the gown is showing crinkles, hang it in your bathroom and run the hot water in the bath or shower for several minutes until the crinkles fall out. However, be sure to keep the gown away from any direct contact with the water. For smaller wrinkles, you may simply try holding a steam iron near the gown, releasing steam into the air next to it, but never bring the iron in direct contact with the fabric. Alternatively, you could take it to be professionally done at a place that specialises in steaming and cleaning wedding dresses.

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your gown, all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged again for any change and return of products.

Please contact returns@weddingdreamsonline.com within 3 days after receiving the gown. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund.

Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be considered for notice within 14 days after receipt of products. For additional time, please contact us.

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.

Wedding Dreams Ltd will check all goods returned strictly and fairly and reserves the right to make all final decisions.
